Meet Your Trainers
Personal Training in the studio offers you a one-to-one bespoke training programme, tailored to your fitness goals in a private training space. For the duration of your PT session, you will have an entire floor within the studio (or the entire studio during off peak times!) to yourself.

I founded Bourne Fitness to create a safe and inclusive fitness community in Balham and Tooting. I am passionate about making high-quality exercise accessible for everyone and supporting clients to understand the importance of why they’re doing exercises as well as how to safely execute them. I have proudly been commended as Wandsworth’s Business Owner of the Year 2024, with Bourne Fitness also being shortlisted for Best Micro Business of the Year.
