Sweat, our full-body high-intensity class at Bourne Fitness! Suitable for all fitness levels, this workout combines weights, bodyweight exercises, and conditioning drills in short bursts. Sweat is designed to build endurance, enhance heart and lung health, and develop lean muscle mass.

Small Group PT

Our Small Group Personal Training (PT) sessions are the ideal combination of personalised attention and group motivation, designed to target all muscle groups and prioritise your strength development.

Pilates

At Bourne Fitness, we offer two distinct style of Pilates.
Sculpt: A dynamic session that elevates your heart rate using resistance and weights. Focus on full-body strengthening, core challenges, and balance.

Stretch: Emphasises joint mobility and flexibility. You’ll feel taller, more flexible, and relaxed—ideal for resetting after a busy week.

HYROX

Experience HYROX at Bourne Fitness, Balham’s only official HYROX training gym! HYROX blends running with functional exercises like rowing and sled pushes. It’s designed to be accessible for all fitness levels, making it easy for everyone to get involved.
