Our timetable includes signature classes like Small Group PT, Strength & Conditioning, and Sweat, alongside specialist sessions such as HYROX, Pre & Post-Natal, Pilates, Boxing, and Outdoor Training. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve fitness, or stay active with like-minded people, there’s something for everyone.
